Bragg Gaming Group confirmed it was the victim of a cybersecurity incident that compromised its internal IT infrastructure.
The online gaming technology provider detected an unauthorized network intrusion on August 16. Its security team believes the breach was a targeted attack that remained contained within its corporate network. The company immediately activated its incident response protocols and engaged independent cybersecurity specialists to investigate.
Bragg has implemented containment measures, including network segmentation and enhanced monitoring of its systems. The company stated that no customer personal or payment data was compromised due to its data encryption protocols.
All gaming operations remain fully functional with no service disruptions. In response to the breach, Bragg has initiated security awareness training for all employees and is conducting comprehensive penetration testing across its technology stack.
