Arsen Unveils AI Vishing Simulator to Fight Voice Phishing at Scale

Arsen, a cybersecurity startup focused on protecting organizations from social engineering attacks, has introduced its latest tool: the Vishing Simulation module. This advanced

solution is designed to train employees to recognize and respond to voice phishing, also known as vishing, which is becoming one of the most rapidly growing forms of attack.

The new module employs AI-generated voices and adaptive dialogue systems to create realistic phone-based social engineering scenarios, such as fake calls from IT support. These simulations are scalable and highly interactive.

Addressing the Growth of Voice Phishing

As more attackers shift to using phone calls to steal credentials and gain initial access, companies need to strengthen their training programs beyond email-based threats. Arsen’s Vishing Simulation helps organizations uncover vulnerabilities and train staff to handle threats confidently in real-time scenarios. Unlike older methods such as red team drills or pre-recorded calls, Arsen’s AI-driven system allows each simulation to:

  • Respond dynamically based on how employees reply
  • Overcome hesitation or objections with lifelike dialogue
  • Mimic high-pressure tactics used by attackers, across various languages and accents

“Our AI vishing platform is designed to prepare every employee at risk, not just top executives. We believe AI should be used to empower defenders in this new era of voice-based attacks,” said Thomas Le Coz, CEO of Arsen.

Highly Realistic, Scalable, and Flexible

The AI voice engine developed by Arsen can produce emotionally expressive, multilingual, and accent-aware voices. Organizations can tailor the simulations to match real-world attacker behavior while maintaining ethical and safe training standards.

The Vishing Simulation module is now available as an optional component of Arsen’s broader social engineering training suite. It can also be accessed independently or bundled with existing licenses.

Empowering Teams to Train at Scale

By introducing advanced realism and automation to vishing simulations, Arsen allows security teams, CISOs, compliance officers, and risk managers to:

  • Train all employees with phone access, not only leadership
  • Measure their company’s readiness against voice phishing attacks
  • Help staff develop instincts and awareness to counter manipulative voice tactics

Early adopters have praised the simulations for their authenticity and interactivity, noting that they closely resemble actual attack scenarios.
